Dimore Montane Restaurant, Abruzzo POP cuisine
We are waiting for you in Roccamorice, in the heart of the Maiella National Park, in an informal and relaxed atmoshere, to delight you with the deliscious tastes of our dishes.
The Dimore Montane Restaurant is born with the purpose to honor the traditional Abruzzo cuisine and to make our guests explore it.
During the years we have realized that our restaurant is an irreplaceable protagonist of our renovation project and of our eco-sustainable vision.
With our Dimore Montane Restaurant we have embraced the philosophy of the POP cuisine (invented and developed 20 years ago by Davide Oldani), creating our own Abruzzo interpretation. Far from the gourmet, near to our roots.
Pop cuisine
The Pop cuisine respects the accessibility, fairness, ethical values, applied to the art of cooking. It follows the course of the season. It is based on home economics, that we have learned from our grandmothers, helping us to create a menu meant to avoid waste. It brings together the essential with the well-done, innovation with tradition, refinement with functionality.
On our tables you will find Abruzzo, with its tastes and its stories, told in a simple but original way, with the right portions, those that one expects to find after a beautiful day spent in the nature of our mountains.
We have chosen not to sell water bottles, so you will not find plastic, and you will taste our excellent source water. Thanks to the same philosophy of eco-sustainability, the only paper we use is recycled. Our wine list offers an accurated selection of wines exclusively from Abruzzo, that will surprise you for the extreme quality. We always offer vegetarian options. Dogs are allowed both inside and outside.

The POP cuisine philosophy is about human sustainability, not only about the environmental one. A concept that Simone Maione has always considered as the basic principle for his actions, but maybe it is by no means certain. So he created a team that follows these simple rules: respect for the nature and for the others, every activity must have a profit but prices must be fair, from any mistake possibilities can arise, the olny thing needed is to know how to take advantage of them and turn them into an opportunity. Make ourselves feel good, make our team feel good and, as a result, make our guests feel good.
An example? In our restaurant, lunch is served from 12:30 to 2:00 pm and dinner from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Being rigid on this schedule for us means respecting the time, work and especially the rest of our team.

Dimore Montane oltre ad essere un ecolodge per gli amanti della natura, delle passeggiate, dei trekking e del relax é anche un ottimo ristorante. Per tutto il mio soggiorno ho cenato in questo posto... piatti delicati ed equilibrati a prezzi onestissimi. Insomma ne vale la pena

Siamo stati in campeggio con altre famiglie, e abbiamo cenato più di una volta con sempre tanta soddisfazione e gusto. Prodotti genuini, piatti curati e porzioni giuste, prezzo congruo. L'elemento in più è la gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità del personale e dei gestori, TOP! Da non perdere

Ottima qualità a prezzi modici
L'offerta gastronomica è senza dubbio uno dei punti forti del posto. Non sono un esperto di arrosticini, ma quelli di dimore montane sono senza dubbio i migliori che ho provato. Tutti gli altri piatti provati, spettacolari. Vini di qualità venduti a prezzi modici.

Natura fantastica e Dimore Montane
Siamo stati benissimo sia nella tenda gampling che nella stanza. Dimore Montane è nella area del parco nazionale d’Abruzzo, la regione che possiede la più alta biodiversità in Italia (…il paese con la maggior biodiversità in Europa!). Da dimore Montane ai Orte verso ...
